Terms of service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are the deal between you and Shaurya Host (run by Shaurya Yadav, India) when you rent a Minecraft server here.
The service
You rent a Minecraft (Java Edition) game server with the RAM, storage and CPU of the plan you pick, for 30 days at a time. It runs on our machine in Mumbai, and you control it from your panel on this site.
Paying and renewing
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
- There is no automatic charge. To keep a server, renew it with the Renew button before its paid time ends.
- If it is not renewed, the server is paused 24 hours after the paid time ends. Files are kept while it is paused, but we may delete a server that has been paused for more than 30 days. We will try to tell you first.
Fair use
- Do not use the server for anything illegal, for attacking other systems, for crypto mining, or to host content you have no right to share.
- Do not try to break into the panel, the machine or other customers' servers.
- Follow the Minecraft EULA (by running the server you accept it).
If a server breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk, we may pause or remove it. For serious abuse there is no refund.
Your data and backups
Your worlds and files are yours. Backups you make are stored on the same machine, so also download important backups to your own device. We are not responsible for data lost through your own actions, plugins, or a failure of the machine, but we will help as much as we can.
Uptime
We work to keep servers running all the time, but we cannot promise 100%. Outages are shown on the status page. Long outages caused by us can be made up with extra days.
Changes
We may change these terms or prices. Changes never affect time you have already paid for. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
