Privacy policy

What we keep

• Your name and email, to make your account and contact you about your servers.
• Your password, stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash (we cannot read it).
• Your orders: plan, amount, dates and Razorpay order and payment IDs.
• Your servers and their files, which you control.
• Messages you send us through the contact page.

Payments

Payments are made in Razorpay's own window. Your card number, UPI PIN or bank login go to Razorpay, never to us. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to that part.

What we do not do

• No ads, no trackers, no analytics cookies on this site.
• We do not sell or share your data. It is only shared with the services needed to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Oracle Cloud (the game machine) and Better Stack (uptime checks of our own services).

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in. It is needed for the site to work and is deleted when you log out.

How long

Account and order details are kept while you have an account and as long as tax rules require for payments. Answered support messages are deleted after 180 days. To delete your account, ask through the contact page.
