Questions
How fast is my server ready?
Usually within two minutes of paying. The page shows when it is ready, and the first start downloads Paper, which takes another minute.
Which Minecraft versions work?
Java Edition with Paper, so Spigot and Paper plugins work. You pick the version in Settings (the newest by default). Forge and Fabric modpacks are not supported yet.
What happens when my month ends?
You pay again with the Renew button, there is no auto-debit. If you do not renew, the server is paused 24 hours after the time ends. Your files stay; renew and it starts working again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 48 hours of your first payment if the server did not work for you. See the refund policy for the details.
Can friends on phones (Bedrock) join?
Not out of the box: plans are for Java Edition. Bedrock support through Geyser is not set up or tested on our plans yet.
