Refunds and cancellation

First payment: 48-hour refund

If your new server does not work for you, ask for a refund within 48 hours of your first payment and you get the full amount back. The server is then deleted.

If we could not set up your server

If you paid but your server could not be created (for example, the machine was full), you get a full refund, even after 48 hours.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded once the new 30 days have started, except when a long outage on our side made the server unusable; then we refund or add days for the time lost.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel: we never charge you automatically. If you do not renew, the server is paused when its time runs out.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same UPI account, card or bank you paid with, through Razorpay. They usually arrive in 5 to 7 working days.

Use the contact page, pick "Refund", and include your order ID from My servers.
